1. During the period of renting the ETC card: When using and managing the ETC card; please observe the precautions when using the ETC system. During the period of renting the ETC card: Even the tolls incurred by a third party using the ETC card must be paid by you.

2. Please pay the toll in full according to the fee recorded on the IC chip of the ETC card (the fee displayed on the toll station’s fee display). Special cases (transshipment fee adjustment when traffic is closed, preferential services from some road companies, etc.) No Applicable to this card.

3. After returning the car, if the toll fee is insufficient or unpaid, the insufficient or unpaid portion must be paid additionally.

4. In case your ETC card is lost or stolen, please contact the departure office. (Unless the customer intentionally or commits gross negligence, the customer does not need to bear the tolls used after the day after the day when the loss or theft is reported to the sales office)

5. If the ETC card is lost, stolen, damaged, or deformed, a card compensation of 3,000 yen must be paid

6. If the ETC card is lost, stolen, damaged, or deformed and the return office cannot confirm usage records and tolls, a deposit of 10,000 yen must be paid. In the future, when the road company requests payment from Carbucks Rental Car, any excess deposit will be refunded and any shortfall will be reimbursed.

7. If the road company raises questions about drivers using ETC cards (including contact after the car rental is completed), this The company will contact the customer.

8. If the ETC card has not been returned after the car rental reservation period ends, the company will issue a notice of invalidity of the ETC card to the road company. 。

9. Carbucks Rental Car is not responsible for the settlement of any disputes and damages arising from the use of the ETC system. Please contact the road company directly.
